Many times we have asked if California voters were having second thoughts about spending $3 billion + for immoral embryonic stem cell research, which has yet to show a single cure, while adult stem cells are curing people left and right.
The experts have finally caught up with the Church’s teaching on embryonic stem-cell research: “When I saw the embryo [through a microscope at a friend’s fertility clinic], I suddenly realized there was such a small difference between it and my daughters. I thought, we can’t keep destroying embryos for our research. There must be another way.” –Dr. Shinya Yamanaka, pioneer in reprogramming adult cells to behave as embryonic stem cells, quoted in the NY Times, Dec. 11, 2007.
“If human embryonic stem-cell research does not make you at least a little bit uncomfortable, you have not thought about it enough.” Dr. James A. EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS ARE ABOUT VOTES FOR DEMOCRATS AND MONEY FOR CORRUPT SCIENTISTS. IT NEVER WAS ABOUT CURES. AND NEVER WILL BE.
The word for stem cells which are taken from the patient's own body and then reimplanted into that body to do the most good, is AUTOLOGOUS. Our creator made autologous stem cells to help keep THAT ONE PERSON alive and healthy!
We have been handed the keys to the most powerful medicine the world has ever seen, capable TODAY of defeating 20+ "incurable" diseases, and certainly another 20 in the next few years.
Yet researchers, using dishonest propaganda, have most of the developed world believing mankind must wait years and decades for the still immature field known as "embryonic stem cells" to produce one cure. Therefore they tell the world that embryonics, the stem cells whose ONLY job is to create every part of the body in an incredibly short time, can be controlled to make only one type of cell---a pipe-dream they have wasted ten years on with zero results. ZERO!
Worse, in order to protect their enormous distortion of scientific truth so they can profit by pretending to research that which will never happen, they tell their gullible audiences that adult stem cells, our ultimate protection, doesn't work, despite weekly proof that it is already clearly defeating EVERY DISEASE WHICH HONEST RESEARCHERS CHOOSE TO ATTACK.

First, the embryonic press-release miracle of the day, promising a cure that will never come. For that is all they have, press release "promises" for their true-believers and a kept-ignorant public.
