The murder of Dr. George Tiller is reprehensible! There is nothing "Pro-Life" or "Christian" about murder and the hatred that fuels it.

The "logic" behind such murders is that by putting an abortion provider out of business (by killing him), the lives he would have taken are saved. However, such murders can set the pro-life movement back years, and as a result, they end up causing more innocent unborn to be killed. But in doing this, the murderer of Dr. Tiller has also deprived the doctor of the chance to repent. Look at Bernard Nathanson, a prominent abortion doctor who repented and converted to Catholicism. Not only did he save his soul, but his witness is so valuable to the pro-life movement. Dr. Tiller's chance to repent and help our movement has been taken away. All things are possible with God! I pray for Dr. Tiller's soul, and for his family, and for the pro-life movement.
