As Expected...

...same-sex attracted judge imposes counterfeit "marriage" on California. As we've said before we have not bothered to follow the trial much, considering it a propagandistic exercise in narcissism.

Walker's absurd ruling will be overturned.

I had lunch with Judge Walker at the Bohemian Club once in the nineties... It was a chance meeting, and he knocked back three martinis as we discussed constitutional law. I'm no expert on the subject, and I could see he wasn't either. A homosexual judge could not be partial in this case. Homosexuality is not an orientation or a gender, but a lifestyle, a lifestyle which is inherently left-wing and activist. Judge Walker is right about one thing though--domestic partnerships are inherently unequal. I cringe whenever I hear prop-8 backers claim marriage shouldn't be allowed for gays because they have domestic partnerships. Give an inch and they'll take a mile. There is no legitimate reason for such immoral behavior to be condoned by the government at all.

The poster wrote: "a homosexual judge could not be partial in this case". That's good, because judges are to IMpartial, not partial. And a judge can be homosexual or heterosexual, but not act on either. It does not dictate partiality.
