UPDATE 7:55 PST: Wow. With 70% of the vote counted, Governor Walker leads by 57 to 42%. I believe he only won the state by six points first time around. The recall was a referendum on Walker and his policies, and it looks like the Wisconsin voters are giving him a mandate.

With 33% of the votes counted Governor Walker, and the rule of law, are winning a big victory in Wisconsin--right now it is 59% to 41%, and the networks are calling the election for him.
