while he was on stage stating he was implementing an "accommodation" the Federal Register was being published with the original rule without change. How does this happen?
And what about his promise that "if you like your current plan, you can keep it?" ... I am sure there are millions of women whose plans do not offer these "essential preventive services" who want to keep their plan. But according to this rule, they cannot!
